We have a higher rate of theft and loss of orders to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories than anywhere else in Canada. The majority of orders arrive safely, but there are more problems with orders to those areas than anywhere else in Canada.

We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your order. However, we do not guarantee orders sent to Nunavut, the Yukon or the Northwest Territories. If your order is stolen or goes missing we will probably not replace it.

We charge a slightly higher price to our clients in Nunavut, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories. You can find the new order form for those areas here.
