To customers in Nunavut, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories

We have a higher rate of theft and loss of orders to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories than anywhere else in Canada. The majority of orders arrive safely, but there are more problems with orders to those areas than anywhere else in Canada.

We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your order. However, we do not guarantee orders sent to Nunavut, the Yukon or the Northwest Territories. If your order is stolen or goes missing we will probably not replace it.

Large orders to these regions will not be sent all at once. We generally do not send more than 56g of bud in one shipment. If you place a large order it will be broken into several smaller shipments sent over a number of weeks.

To help our shipments mix in with the regular mail, we are using new methods to send orders to these areas, including Xpresspost, registered mail and regular mail.

We are now charging a slightly higher price to our clients in Nunavut, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories. You can find the new order form for those areas here.

Orders received on the old order form after June 1 will be pro-rated to the prices on the new order form.
