How to order
Once you have decided to order, send us an email at buds@budbuddy.biz to get our mailing address. Send your payment and your order form. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of our receiving your payment.
Money Order
I recommend sending a money order. If you do this, then keep the receipt in case there is a problem. It is best if you leave the"Pay To" section blank. The best place to get a blank money order is at a Western Union or Money Mart.
If you must put a name on the money order, use any one of the following names:
E.L.
A.L.
E. Anders
A. LAPSEN
A. White
Do not use any names other than these ones for the "pay to" on the Money Order.
Cash
If you send cash, put the bills in a thick card or in some folded paper, and use fewer, larger bills instead of many small ones. Use $50 and $100 bills instead of a stack of $10's and $20's. Don't send coins.
It is best to use an Xpresspost envelope when sending cash, and KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER so that if a problem does arise we have the necessary information to sort things out. We are not responsible if your cash gets stolen in the mail.
Additional Suggestions
Send your order form and payment via regular mail or Canada Post Xpresspost only. Do not send by Fedex, UPS, or other courier. Also do not send by registered mail or anything we'd have to sign for.
I recommend that you spend the extra few dollars to send your order by Xpresspost, which is traceable, faster, and safer than regular mail. especially if you are sending cash in the mail please use the Xpresspost
Put your return address on your envelope! Not putting a return address on your envelope doesn't increase your security, it only increases the chance of your envelope getting lost.
You don't need to use a pseudonym for your mailing address. Sometimes Canada Post will not deliver the parcel if the name doesn't match the one for your box or house.
If you include your email address with your order then we will notify you once your order has been shipped.
Conversely, no email address means no notification, but please realize your package will still arrive in exactly the same amount of time.
Sending me an email stating you forgot to include your email and requesting I send you an email confirming I received your email only complicates things, and doesn't get your order delivered any faster.
